Shell appoints new global government executive

Royal Dutch Shell P.L.C. announced that Roxanne Decyk has been appointed executive vice president of Global Government Relations in Washington, DC. She will report to future Chief Executive Peter Voser, and will serve as the company’s chief diplomat. She will primarily work to mediate between Shell and key governments and policy makers. Decyk joined Shell in 1999 as vice president, corporate strategy of Royal Dutch/Shell Group in London, with responsibility for global corporate planning and strategy, and most recently, as the company’s corporate affairs director.
