Formosa Plastics proposes oil refinery project in Vietnam

Taiwans Formosa Plastics Group is seeking approval from the Vung Ang Economic Zone Management Board to build an oil refinery and an independent power plant in the Vung Ang economic zone of central Ha Tinh province, said Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Huu Hao. (September 4/5, 2008)
