Chevron Oronite to sponsor and present at F+L Week 2025

Chevron Oronite has confirmed its role as the gold sponsor of F+L Week 2025: Conference & Exhibition, set to take place from 13-14 March at The Laguna Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia. The event’s theme, “Energizing Tomorrow: Pioneering Sustainable Solutions in Fuels and Lubricants,” will provide a platform for industry experts to discuss the future of fuels and lubricants. Attendees can learn more about Chevron Oronite’s additive solutions at tabletop 18 in the Balai Raya Ballroom.

Chevron Oronite’s participation will include two key presentations:

• Eugene Ng, APR General Manager of Sales & Marketing, will deliver a presentation titled “Looking Back to Look Ahead” on Wednesday, 13 March, at 11:10 AM. This session will reflect on industry evolution and emphasise the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and innovation in the lubricant value chain.
• Emmanuelle Faure-Birchem, Global Product Line Manager – AEO/VM/SE, will present “Chevron Oronite’s Solutions for Automotive Lubricant Additives to Meet Lower Carbon Requirements” on Thursday, 14 March, at 2:20 PM. This session will highlight Chevron Oronite’s latest advancements in low-carbon lubricant additive solutions, focusing on H₂ ICE, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Chevron Oronite will also showcase its latest innovations through two poster presentations during the cocktail poster session on 13 March at 6:00 PM:

• Sally Chiew, Regional Product Line Manager – Industrial, Driveline & Fuels – APR, will present “Development of Electric Driveline Fluids for Optimal Field Performance,” discussing the challenges of optimising electric driveline fluids.
• Rajagopalan Padmanabhan, Regional Product Line Manager – AEO/VM/SE – APR, will present “Chevron Oronite’s Lubricant Additive Solutions for Biodiesel Usage in Heavy-Duty Applications,” sharing findings from a recent biodiesel field trial.

Industry recognition

Chevron Oronite will also celebrate Eugene Ng, who has been named F+L Asia Person of the Year 2025. This prestigious award recognises Ng’s leadership and 30-year contributions to the lubricants industry.
