Lopal launches high-end industrial gear oils for enhanced performance
Lopal Technology has announced the launch of its upgraded high-end industrial gear oil products at its Tianjin, China, production base. This event, attended by industry experts and partners, showcased Lopal’s latest innovations aimed at meeting the evolving needs of modern industrial applications.
The new series includes:
– Lopal G2 Heavy Duty Industrial Closed Gear Oil: A high-quality mineral oil designed to meet ISO 12925-1-2024 L-CKD standards, superior to the previous GB 5903-2011 requirements. It is suitable for use in steel, cement, mining, and manufacturing industries, offering high load capacity, long lifespan, and strong anti-foaming properties.
– Lopal G3 KMP Heavy Duty Industrial Closed Gear Oil (Anti-Micro Pitting): Specifically formulated to prevent micro-pitting and enhance gear durability.
– Lopal G5 XHP Heavy Duty Industrial Closed Gear Oil (Fully Synthetic PAO): Made from polyalphaolefin synthetic base oil and imported multifunctional additives, it provides exceptional performance in harsh environments, certified by FLENDER 16th edition.
– Lopal V1 Fully Synthetic Wind Turbine Gear Oil: Designed for wind turbines, this oil offers excellent protection and performance in extreme conditions.
These products feature advanced formulations that enhance anti-wear, anti-foam, and anti-corrosion properties, crucial for the demanding requirements of modern industrial gearboxes.
