A&S International acquires MAK CHEM and MAK LUBES

A&S International, based in the UK,  announced two additions to its growing range of quality brands, with its acquisition of MAK CHEM’s range of maintenance chemicals, along with the MAK LUBES range of maintenance lubricants. 

MAK CHEM International & MAK LUBES International brands will become part of the growing product range represented by the UK-based technical sales consultancy. 

A&S International will offer both product lines to their global distributor network and developing UK-direct client base with immediate effect. Sales of these new quality maintenance chemicals and lubricants steadily grew during the second half of 2020 despite the limiting business conditions created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Particular success has already been enjoyed by the MAK CHEM brand in Greece, Philippines and Portugal.
