Utegration Expands Executive Team to Support Growth

that Bart Thielbar, a respected utility industry veteran, assumed the
role of President and COO effective April 1, 2018.

About Bart Thielbar

Mr. Thielbar is a utility industry veteran with more than twenty-five
years of operational and management experience. He formerly served as VP
and North American Utility Practice Leader for Capgemini. Prior to
joining Capgemini, he held various executive positions including: SVP at
Five Point Partners, COO TMG, and SVP and CIO at Northwestern Energy. He
is a past chair of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) and the American
Gas Association (AGA) Technology Advisory Council.

Mr. Kurt Zuch has nearly twenty-five years of entrepreneurial experience
in the utility industry. He formerly served as Principal at Ernst &
Young. Prior to that he co-founded Five Point Partners, LLC where he
served as CEO. He also founded Capstone Consulting Partners. He has
served as Director of First Century Energy Holdings, Inc. and held
leadership roles at Accenture, Excelergy, Novient, and Alliance Data.
