USD Partners Announces Eleventh Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase to $0.35 per Unit and Fourth Quarter Earnings Release Date
HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–USD Partners LP (NYSE: USDP) (the “Partnership”) announced today that
the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash
distribution of $0.35 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2017 ($1.40 per
unit on an annualized basis), representing an increase of $0.005 per
unit or 1.4% over the prior quarter and 6.1% over the fourth quarter of
2016. On a full-year basis, the Partnership delivered 7.5% distribution
growth in 2017 relative to 2016. The distribution is payable on February
16, 2018, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February
12, 2018.

financial and operating results after market close on Thursday, March 8,
