Libya Oil Tunisia signs partnership agreement with CHAMAM

A commercial partnership agreement was signed between Libya Oil Tunisia, represented by General Manager Rida Hassan Elamir Elmasri and CHAMAM Division Gros (CDG), represented by General Manager Khaled Chamam in the capital city of Tunisia, Tunis, last week.

The signing ceremony of the partnership agreement took place at the headquarters of Libya Oil Tunisia in Berges du Lac, Tunis, attended by key officials of OiLibya and CHAMAM.

The partnership provides for the distribution by CDG of Libya Oil Tunisia’s lubricants, under the OiLibya and Mobil brands, in the Tunisian market.

Lubrifiants de Tunisie (LDT), which is part of Libya Oil Tunisia, owns and operates a 40,000 tonne-per-year lubricants blending plant in Radès, which is among the largest lubricants plants operated by Libya Oil Tunisia parent Libya Oil Holding Ltd (LOHL), one of the leading pan-African groups in the downstream oil and gas industry.

LOHL is involved in the supply and marketing of petroleum products under the OiLibya brand through its affiliates (the OiLibya Group) in 18 African countries in North, West and East Africa. The Group holds shares in companies active in the upstream sector, as well as in petroleum products logistics and storage.

Libya Oil Tunisia is also the official representative of Mobil lubricants in Tunisia.
