Shanghai, China, 2nd July 2014:  Infineum, one of the world leaders in the formulation, manufacture and marketing of petroleum additives for fuels and lubricants, today formally opened its new China Business and Technology Centre (CBTC) in Jinqiao, Shanghai.

The CBTC will become Infineum’s business and technology hub in China to support the company’s expansion in the region. It is designed to help further enhance collaboration between Infineum and its customers so as to better serve this high growth but complex market.

The opening follows the recent ground breaking at Infineum’s new blending plant site in Zhangjiagang in Jiangsu province, with production expected to start by late 2015.

The new Centre is located in Jinqiao Park, Shanghai, and includes research and development laboratories alongside office facilities with all major functions represented.
