Bobokov Brothers re-acquire their 30% stake in Bulgaria’s Prista Oil

Prista Oil Group majority owners Plamen and Atanas Bobokov have become the sole owners of Prista Oil, after a 30% buyback of company shares from ADM Capital and EBRD. EBRD and ADM Capital acquired a 30% stake in Prista Oil in April 2012.

The buyback was financed with a loan of up to EUR50 million (USD54.8 million) from UniCredit Bulbank, the largest Bulgarian bank in terms of assets,. The deal also involves refinancing of debt.

Prista Oil is a leading Bulgarian producer of automotive and industrial lubricants. Prista Oil operates in more than 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
